Owner’s Construction Representative

As the owner’s representative, Brayden Management advises the owner on pre-construction and construction-related aspects of projects, which can include acquisition, planning, site preparation, design and construction. We excel in providing our clients with comprehensive and detailed information so that they can make informed decisions.

As the owner’s representative, Brayden Managements primary goal is to assist the client in performing its role as the owner through advising on all pre-construction and construction related aspects of the project. This includes the day-to-day activities and responsibilities involved during the various phases of the acquisition, planning, site preparation, design and construction of the project. Additionally we can provide recommendations with respect to decisions relating to design, constructability, budgeting, construction, scheduling and other project related matters.
