As the owner’s representative, Brayden Managements primary goal is to assist the client in performing its role as the owner through advising on all pre-construction and construction related aspects of the project. This includes the day-to-day activities and responsibilities involved during the various phases of the acquisition, planning, site preparation, design and construction of the project. Additionally we can provide recommendations with respect to decisions relating to design, constructability, budgeting, construction, scheduling and other project related matters.

Our clients range from local developers/owners, to larger organizations with a specialized focus in data centers, multi-family and student housing developments. We welcome new opportunities and are open to providing second opinion consulting on conceptual stage projects.
